Where is our crystal ball?
As a broker we are the “go between” when claims fall short. Unfortunately, when there is a claims situation, it always involves a number of people and a lot of insurance companies, and at times we wish we had a crystal ball in our office to see into the future.
As a Client, the Broker understands your need for prompt service and completion of your claim. We are under the gun to get you the service you require. Does it always work the way we hope? Unfortunately not, but we try.
As an Adjuster, they understand your needs, but are often in such hectic environments trying to deal with so many losses, it becomes a juggling act to get as many people cared for as possible all within a similar time frame.
Is there an easy answer for those who feel they are not being treated fairly or fast enough? Never.
In saying that, at Reliance Insurance we strive to keep all aspects of your insurance experience as positive as possible. If you have concerns, please know that our team is here to help you get to the point that a crystal ball is no longer required.
